Fascial Stretch Therapy, or FST, improves mobility and flexibility by focusing on your body's facial lines that wrap around your muscles. FST is performed on a massage table and is completely pain-free.

As a certified Personal Trainer, my methods of functional training will never have you doing standard bicep curls or chest press, that's not my style. By utilizing functional movements, you will not only become stronger and more flexible, you also reduce your risk of injury.
